Easy access to nearby hiking trails and attractions like Little Adams Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge. Great option for those who want to cook their own meals, with a shared kitchen available. Wonderful owner who is friendly, helpful, and a fantastic cook. Enjoyed a fun and interesting cooking class with included dinner. Spacious and comfortable room with a nice balcony for relaxation. Perfect place to meet other travelers, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quick resolution of any issues, such as water cuts. Provides all the amenities and facilities that backpackers would expect. Ideal choice for solo backpackers. an incredible stay with excellent value for money.

This hostel exceeded all my expectations! The location and view were absolutely breathtaking, with the majestic rock in sight. The ultimate highlight was meeting Bernie, the sweetest and friendliest dog. The hosts and their family were incredibly welcoming and kind. The best part was the incredible breakfast, it was huge and absolutely mouth-watering. The hostel had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with the stunning backdrop. The hostel also had a restaurant where I indulged in delicious meals. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, from badminton and hiking to cycling and yoga classes. After an adventurous day, I treated myself to a relaxing massage at the spa and wellness center. The hostel also had a children's play area with board games, perfect for families. The staff provided excellent service, with a 24-hour reception and security. my time at this hostel was absolutely amazing - I cannot wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Rock View Hostel for a few days during my trip to Sri Lanka. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hostel itself was clean and well-maintained. The daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms was a nice touch. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options including fresh fruits and Sri Lankan dishes. The location of the hostel was great, offering a stunning view of the rock. I also must mention Bernie, the adorable and friendly dog that made my stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience!

I had an absolutely incredible time at this hostel! The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also immaculate and maintained good hygiene. The view from the terrace area was absolutely mind-blowing, especially while enjoying a delicious breakfast with a jaw-dropping view of Ella rock. The staff were phenomenal, providing excellent guidance for our trip and creating a fantastic atmosphere for mingling with other travelers. We even had an incredibly fun night with everyone. I highly recommend this place as it offers a peaceful and authentic experience, with convenient access to the city center. From the terrace and balcony, the view of the mountains is just breathtaking. The lockers were spacious, perfect for keeping your backpack secure. The breakfast was huge and packed with delectable flavors. The location is great for exploring nearby hikes like Little Adams Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge.
